Pastor Trevor Neil and his wife, Phyllis, have been in Fort McMurray, pastoring the Tabernacle of Praise church, for 25 years! Their first church building was the tiny white church in the Heritage Park. Since then they built one new building and then purchased a second, much larger building across the street in Waterways.

The Tabernacle of Praise is a multicultural, family and wellness oriented congregation of people. There is Sunday school every Sunday morning for all ages. The younger children sing songs, learn bible stories, do crafts, play games, have a snack, win prizes, and play in the on-site gymnasium in our Family-Life Centre.

Our Gym is open after Bible Study on Fridays, and after Evening Worship Service on Sundays. We invite anyone ages 14+ to come down and play sports in our gym. Pizza and pop are served no charge for guests!

Adult Sunday school class is geared for all learning types and incorporates a visual approach to the bible, walking through from Genesis to Revelation, unveiling some of the more intricate parts of the bible in layman's terms.
